I’ve been there.
After the loss of my husband in 2013, I had to pick up the pieces and go, and get on with it.
People say you have to move on in your life, but they don’t tell you HOW to accomplish that. So, I’ve taken what I have learned through my journey and partnered with The Grief Recovery Method® Outreach Program to create a course to help others through loss, whatever that loss looks like.
This support group offers a safe, evidence-based environment for grievers to take effective and lasting action, no matter the type of loss experienced. These groups are led by Grief Recovery Method Specialists, trained and certified by the Grief Recovery Institute.
